Quality policy In today's constantly changing competitive environment there are no long-term competitive advantages. However, organisational mentality (prompt, fast and efficient response), and constant training of the work force (innovation, professional competence, creativity) and commitment to quality stand out among the determinant competitive advantages. We are aware that our partners are very particular about who they trust, where they spend their money, as a result we consider it the basis of our activities that our partners find us worthy of cooperation.

Our Commitment to Quality High quality - Always!

This is why EURÓPA Institute does its best to continuously monitor the quality of its services, record and analyse the events and store the experience when the processes are closed. This makes sure that we meet their quality expectations. However, we not only consider quality a challenge but a driving force of our development as well. This is so because we have new ideas again and again for our own development during quality development.

Our materials are archived electronically every year, which facilitates retrieval. The events of the programmes are often also documented with photographs, and as a result not only the facts but the emotions can also be preserved. The evaluation sheets of our programmes are also stored, and thus the opinions given by the participants can be retrieved even by name. In addition, we also prepare a final analysis, summary of each of our programmes so that we can use the key factors of our success the next time as well.
